Because our product is handmade and often made exclusively for Wexford House, we have restrictions in our return policy. We value the uniqueness and artistic qualities of our pieces which has resulted in this return policy.
- We issue store credit only. No Cash, No Check, or No Charge refund will be issued for returned merchandise. Customers receive merchandise back for their return. We will be charging a shipping fee for merchandise that we have to ship to customers in an exchange.
- Return time is 3 weeks with a receipt. During the months of November and December, merchandise must be returned by January 31, 2010.
- You must notify us if you are shipping back the product. We will issue you a return authorization. Shipping is at your expense and we recommend insurance. We are not responsible for merchandise shipped to us as in a return, that is not insured and shipping damages that have occurred in transport. We are not responsible if you did not put insurance on your package and it did not reach us.
- You may make your returns in person at our shop on 9 Crescent Street, West Boylston. It is advisable to contact us ahead of time to discuss your return. Sending us an email is recommended at irish@wexfordhouse.com
Merchandise must be in perfect, salable condition.
- All exchanges and returns are at the discretion of the management and are subject to refusal.
- Jewelry being sent to you is in perfect condition. We are not responsible for any wear and tear of the jewelry you purchased including chain breakage, stone damage, stone settings, shank damage, pendant/charms falling off chains, bracelets dented, jewelry getting wet, cleaning of jewelry, etc. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of their jewelry and to periodically visit jewelers for a maintenance check.
- Jewelry Repair--We do not repair jewelry. Jewelry repair occurs at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for any work done by jewelers on your jewelry purchased at Wexford House.
- Special order (custom order) jewelry is not returnable. - Deposits are not returnable. - Wedding rings and engagement rings are not returnable
- We specialize in unique hand made jewelry. Occasionally pieces are sold out and cannot be ordered again in your size or color. A store credit is still issued. 11. When an item is out of stock, it may take awhile for it to be in stock due to the handmade nature of the product.
